Allow your breath to be soft, calm and settled.
Enter the labyrinth and trace the path with your eyes and your finger.
Focus on the path to release any thoughts and feelings on the way in.
Take a moment to rest at the centre.
Take 2 or 3 deep breaths in and out. Open up to insight and clarity.
Return along the path and bring any inspiration back with you.
Stay on the path
A labyrinth is different from a maze. There is only one path that leads to the centre and out again. You cannot get lost. Just stay on the path.
