Monica Douglas-Clark

My name is Monica Douglas-Clark

I'm also known as The Rebel Reverend.

I inspire change-makers and business rebels to be authentic, abundant and fulfilled.

I am an Inspirational Speaker, Spiritual Abundance Mentor & Business Rebel. The 'rebels' I work with are often difference makers, talented professionals and care givers who sometimes feel exhausted, frustrated or unsupported.  They often have a tendency to over-do “everything” because of a secret fear of not being good enough, an inability to say ‘no’ to unreasonable demands and difficulty in accepting help.

This has an impact at home and work.

I call my ‘difference maker’ clients ‘rebels’ because they have a cause, they want to live fully and die happy but don’t fit neatly in a standard box.  They know they’re here for a bigger purpose and they may or may not know what that is yet. There’s a soul rebel within them who is attracted to the idea of authentic spirituality, who is ready to be deeply creative, who wants to say ‘no’ to the pressure to conform, who is ready to stand up for truth and integrity, and wants to say ‘yes’ to an abundance of love, joy, peace and prosperity to leave a lasting positive legacy for their loved ones and the world.

I have over over 20 years experience in merging the fields of professional, personal and spiritual development as a government officer, social activist, business director, evolutionary business leader, wellness coach, yoga teacher trainer, ordained interfaith minister and spiritual counsellor for people of any faith or none.

I support my clients through my book “The Reap Abundance Guidebook”, my Podcast The Spiritual Kitchen, Inspirational talks, Online courses at, Transformational 1:1 soul guidance packages, bespoke ceremonies and retreats. You can arrange a consultation to find out which approach would suit you best at this time of your life.

I work globally online and I’m based between Burton, Birmingham and Barbados. I live a vibrant, inspired and abundant life with my beloved husband Simon, my eclectic family, and a prosperity-bestowing cat called Lakshmi.
